Users can easily extend signals from HDMI-capable sources, such as Apple TV, PlayStation, Xbox, PC, and laptop, to distant display monitors, including HDMI-enabled TV sets or LCD Computer displays, with only one affordable Cat.6 cable. Deep color video, DTS-HD or Dolby TrueHD audio, and HDCP support and compatibility are all further ensured by the superior design for the most recent HDMI technology. Furthermore, the MSQ-110E has bi-directional IR pass-through path control. Using a single Cat.6 connection and HDMI signals, these added functionalities enable customers to reach IR control distance up to 70m (230ft). Moreover, the MSQ-110E supports Power over Cable (PoC), allowing both devices to be powered by a power source from either the TX or the RX.
Transmitting unit MSQ-110E-TX and receiving unit MSQ-110E-RX make up the MSQ-110E. Utilizing IR control packets to capture the input HDMI signals, the TX unit transmits the signals over a single, inexpensive Cat.6 cable. The reconstructed IR control signals and the equalization of the transmitted HDMI signal are the responsibilities of the RX unit.
